What is the Norland Wuqing Men Health Care Pad?
It is a single-use hygiene pad for men, worn in the gusset of close-fitting underwear and changed every four to six hours. In everyday terms it is a men’s underwear pad for freshness and dryness, and part of our men’s health range. It carries Norland‘s NRP Nouripad branding and is often searched for as the Norland male pad.
What is the pad designed to do?
It helps absorb light everyday moisture and keeps the underwear area feeling drier between changes. That is the only function this page claims for it.
- Helps absorb light everyday moisture
- Cotton mesh top sheet is the layer that sits against the skin
- Breathable film backing, with an adhesive strip that holds the pad in place
- Single use and disposable, so there is nothing to wash
- Discreet under close-fitting underwear and easy to carry when travelling
What is it made of, and what does the pack say?
The box lists four main raw materials and nothing else: cotton mesh, a functional chip, absorbent paper and breathable film. There is no ingredient list of the kind a supplement carries, because this is a hygiene product rather than something you take.
The functional chip is named as a raw material, but the pack does not say what it contains or what it does, so we make no claim for it. No herbal extract, negative-ion strip or far-infrared component appears on the materials panel. The 100% cotton mark on the front refers to the mesh top sheet; the absorbent paper and breathable film are not cotton.

How do you use the Norland male health pad?
Peel off the backing sticker, place the pad inside your underwear with the rounded end facing the front, press the adhesive side onto the fabric, and change it every four to six hours. The adhesive is meant for the underwear fabric, never for skin.
- Wash and dry your hands.
- Take one pad from the box and remove the backing sticker.
- Position it along the middle of the gusset of clean underwear, rounded side facing the front.
- Press the adhesive onto the fabric so the pad stays flat.
- Change to a fresh pad every four to six hours, or sooner if it feels damp.
- Wrap the used pad and bin it.
Use one pad at a time. The box gives no instruction to wear a pad overnight, and none to wear one every day.
What does this pad not treat?
It is an absorbent pad worn outside the body, and it is not a treatment for anything. In plain terms:
- It does not treat, shrink or prevent an enlarged prostate, and has no effect on prostate cancer or prostatitis.
- It does not detoxify the reproductive organs or the kidneys; that is your liver and kidneys’ work.
- It does not raise sperm count or testosterone, or affect fertility, erections or libido.
- It is not an incontinence pad. The pack states no absorbency level and lists no super-absorbent polymer.
Urinary symptoms need proper assessment. Difficulty passing urine, a weak stream, passing urine often, pain, being unable to pass urine, or blood in the urine should be checked by a qualified healthcare professional; NHS guidance on an enlarged prostate sets out when to seek help. Do not use a pad in place of that appointment.
Who should take care when using this pad?
- Do not use the pad over injured or broken skin, an open wound, a rash or a recent surgical site.
- Use it with caution if you are prone to allergies.
- Stop using it and speak to a pharmacist or doctor if you notice redness, itching or burning.
- Change the pad every four to six hours; do not wear one for longer.
- Attach the adhesive to your underwear, not to skin.
- Wrap and bin the used pad; do not flush it.
If urinary, skin or reproductive symptoms persist, see a qualified healthcare professional.
Is it NAFDAC registered, and how do I check my pack is genuine?
Yes. It is registered with NAFDAC as a medical device under registration number A3-100537, with a registered pack size of seven pieces per box, and you can look the number up in the NAFDAC Greenbook. NAFDAC is Nigeria’s regulator; registration here does not represent approval by the United States FDA, the UK MHRA, European or other authorities.
On arrival, check that each box carries the Norland crest and NRP Nouripad mark, the hygienic licence and standard numbers on the back panel, a production and expiry date, and seven wrapped pads inside. Every pad we send is dispatched in its original sealed manufacturer packaging.
Delivery, and questions we are asked
Recs-Medix Natural Solutions has traded since 2017 with stores in Lagos and Abuja. Delivery is same-day in Lagos and Abuja where available and roughly one to three business days elsewhere in Nigeria, with payment on delivery available nationwide. International orders go by DHL Express to eligible destinations, typically in three to five business days; duties and import rules are set by the destination country. There is also a women’s pad in the same Nouripad range, a separate product with its own registration. For help choosing, contact our team.
How many pads are supplied?
Fourteen in total, in two boxes of seven. Each box prints 7 Pads on the front, matching the pack size on the NAFDAC registration.
How often should it be changed, and can it be worn overnight?
Change it every four to six hours, as the box instructs. That is shorter than a normal night’s sleep and the pack gives no overnight instruction, so we do not recommend wearing one overnight.
Is it an incontinence pad?
No. It is a hygiene pad for light everyday moisture, with no absorbency rating on the box. If you are leaking urine, see a doctor about the cause and use a product rated for incontinence.
Does the pad contain herbs, anions or far-infrared?
Not according to the pack. The main raw materials are cotton mesh, a functional chip, absorbent paper and breathable film. No herbal extract, negative-ion strip or far-infrared layer is listed anywhere on the box.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
The pack advises caution if you are prone to allergies and says to avoid the pad where there is injury. The cotton mesh is the layer against the skin. If you react to adhesives or non-woven materials, try one pad briefly and stop at any sign of irritation.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We ship by DHL Express to eligible international destinations, usually in three to five business days, alongside nationwide delivery in Nigeria.
This is a hygiene product registered with NAFDAC as a medical device. It is not a medicine or a supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. If you have urinary, prostate, skin or fertility concerns, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
