What is Green World In-Cleansing Tea used for?
Green World In-Cleansing Tea, also searched as intestine cleansing tea, is a herbal digestive support tea used to support healthy digestion, comfortable bowel regularity and the body’s natural elimination. As a gentle colon cleanse tea, each 4g sachet blends spirulina, cassia seed, hawthorn, coix seed and green tea, making it a simple intestinal cleanse tea for everyday gut wellness.
This Green World blend is formulated as a mild herbal tea for digestive and elimination support, designed to fit into a regular routine. The combination pairs the nutritional density of spirulina with traditional herbal ingredients long associated with digestive balance, so the tea works as nutritional and wellness support, and as a natural tea for bowel regularity, rather than as a quick fix.
It is manufactured by Green World, an international natural-health brand with products distributed through authorised channels. The product carries a NAFDAC registration number (A7-1355L) printed on the pack, which is an important authenticity and trust signal for buyers in Nigeria and abroad.
What type of supplement is In-Cleansing Tea?
In-Cleansing Tea is a herbal food supplement in tea-sachet form, not a medicine. It belongs to the digestive-health and detox-support category and is made from natural, plant-based ingredients: spirulina platensis extract, cassia seed (Semen Cassiae), hawthorn (Fructus Crataegi), coix seed and green tea.
The tea is brewed rather than swallowed as a capsule, which makes it a convenient choice for people who prefer a warm drink to tablets. It contains no synthetic actives and is described on the pack as all-natural with high nutritional value.
This is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It is intended to support general health and wellbeing, not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How does In-Cleansing Tea support digestion and colon health?
This tea supports digestion and colon health by combining herbal ingredients traditionally used to encourage gentle, regular bowel movements with nutrient-rich spirulina and antioxidant-providing green tea. Together they are designed to support the body’s natural elimination of waste, help maintain digestive comfort and contribute to a sense of lightness when used as part of a balanced routine.
Cassia seed and coix seed have a long history in traditional herbal practice for supporting bowel regularity and fluid balance, while hawthorn is traditionally taken after meals to support comfortable digestion. Spirulina adds plant protein, minerals and pigments, and green tea contributes naturally occurring antioxidants. The result is a mild, food-based infusion that offers gentle support for the gut.

What are the key ingredients in In-Cleansing Tea?
Spirulina Platensis Extract
Spirulina is a nutrient-dense blue-green algae rich in plant protein, minerals and natural pigments. In this blend it provides nutritional support and adds to the tea’s “high nutritional value” positioning, complementing the cleansing herbs with everyday nourishment.
Cassia Seed (Semen Cassiae)
Cassia seed is a traditional herbal ingredient long used to support gentle bowel regularity and the body’s natural elimination. It is one of the core cleansing components of the formula and works alongside coix seed to support digestive movement.
Hawthorn (Fructus Crataegi)
Hawthorn fruit is traditionally taken to support comfortable digestion, particularly after meals. It adds a mild, food-friendly character to the blend and supports the tea’s overall digestive-balance role.
Coix Seed (Semen Coicis)
Coix seed, also known as Job’s tears, is traditionally used to support the body’s fluid balance and healthy digestion. It rounds out the cleansing side of the formula in a gentle, food-based way.
Green Tea
Green tea contributes naturally occurring antioxidants and is a well-recognised wellness ingredient worldwide. Here it supports the antioxidant and refreshing profile of the cleansing blend.

How do you take Green World In-Cleansing Tea?
To take this tea, place one sachet in a cup, pour over freshly boiled water and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes before drinking warm. The same sachet can be topped up with hot water to make several cups (around five cups, or roughly half a litre). The general guideline is 1 to 2 sachets per day, adjusted to suit your own routine and comfort.
Drink it consistently and avoid exceeding the recommended amount unless advised by a healthcare professional. Because the blend gently supports bowel movements, many people prefer to start with one sachet a day and see how their body responds before adjusting.
How do you get the best results from this tea?
You get the best results by using the tea consistently over time rather than expecting an overnight change. Pair it with plenty of water throughout the day, a fibre-rich diet, regular movement and good sleep, since these everyday habits do most of the work in supporting healthy digestion and regularity.
Some users choose to use it consistently for several weeks as part of a digestive wellness routine. It also pairs naturally with other digestive-wellness options in our range, such as the Gastric Health Tablet.
Results vary between individuals. Supplements are intended to support a healthy diet and lifestyle, not to replace them.
